Frequently Asked Questions

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, but if you’re wondering whether it’s time to seek therapy, that’s a good sign it might be worth exploring. We believe everyone can benefit from therapy, and it’s not just for crisis moments. People reach out for help with relationship struggles, work challenges, feeling anxious or unhappy, trouble sleeping or concentrating, difficulty setting boundaries, or managing life's stresses. Therapy is a supportive, collaborative process, though it can feel vulnerable or overwhelming at first, and that’s okay. If you're ready for change, we’d be honored to support you on this journey.
